Thank-You-Give-Away

Give Away on annekata

It's Valentine's Day and time to thank you all for being part of the blog over the last year. Your wonderful and thoughtful comments and emails are an integral part of annekata.

I'm offering these hand-sewn favorites of mine as a Thank-You-Give-Away to one lucky winner:

- a locket with embroidery
- a hand-sewn ring

Everybody can participate, just enter your comment  in this post before Wednesday, the 16th of February at 5 pm EST. I will ship world wide. A randomly selected winner will be announced on Thursday morning.

    Kathrin, that is a wonderful gift!
    Since I started reading your blog (back in May I believe) I've been enjoying sewing by hand more and more. And I look at fabric in a whole new light. I recently acquired a set of linen napkins and immediately thought of you and wondered what you would turn them into.
    Thank you for all the inspiration you bring. And I love the "historical" posts too which always teach me a little something new.

    I read your blog religiously and have been admiring your embroidered jewelry forever.

    The cross is a symbol I’ve used many years in my own work. If I were the chosen winner the bag would take pride of place in my studio collection as inspiration for my painting.

    Hello Kathrin! I've been a long-time but shy reader of your blog. I love your ideas, writing, and aesthetics. Your hand-sewing is inspirational, but unlike yours, my husband will not sit next to me if I try to sew in the car.
