Walking The Tightrope

Walking the Tightrope
Summer is here and it is...raining. So we stayed home all day yesterday and my daughter came up with the great tight walking "arrangement": doll, string and all. We don't own many toys. There are plush animals (lots of those), including this orange fellow, a few games, lots of books and art supplies and that's it. The little lady above was bought in my favorite antiques store for a few dollars and is part of many theatrical set-ups.
Walking the Tightrope
Here she walks the tightrope gracefully.
Walking the Tightrope
When she was tired of balancing she went for a walk in the forest.
Walk in the Forest
We were totally immersed in our story. At least I was. The highlight for my daughter, however, were the countless cocktail umbrellas, and our lady was photographed modeling each color. And believe me, we had many many colors.

And it looks like rain again...
